For the past 15 years or so, in my capacity as the Head of Human Resources in various companies, whenever opportunity arises to explore a new HR software, I have always recommended Times Software, reason being the staff there, be it the sales team or the support team, they are hands-on, committed, swift and thorough in their deliverables. 

Aside from the exemplary pre and post sales service, the software is user-friendly and the price is also affordable. 

To date, I have purchased Times Software three (3) times, the first was in year 2000, then 2012 and the most recent was in 2014. I am pleased to say that the Times Software team remains employed there and I get to deal with familiar faces and voices despite the lapse of many years. 

From the many years of being a user of this software, I reckon the modules of Times software cover most pertinent features adequately, and where there are gaps, the support team will listen, analyse and close them with minimal delay, but if at all the gaps are not immediately rectifiable, the user will be duly informed and upon request by the user, the gaps may be considered for customization or as future enhancement. 

Without any doubt, the people touch of the Times Software team is commendable and I will recommend this software to any HR practitioners. 

Times software is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is reassuring to know that the answer to ANY question is only a phone call away especially during this critical Movement Control Order (MCO) period. We always receive the latest and reliable information and software file format to use to comply with the government requirement rules and regulations.
